If a unit fails within the first 30 days of receipt, Bradshaw Oxygen LLC will cover repairs and return shipping both ways. After 30 days and through the end of the first year, repair costs will be shared between the customer and Bradshaw Oxygen LLC. After the initial 30 days, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for inbound shipping.
