REFUNDS

We do not  allow returns/refunds on reconditioned equipment. We will swap and/or repair your concentrator.  In the rare case we have approved a refund, the shipping included of  $150 shipping fee and a restocking fee of $200 will not be refunded. If shipped outside of the continental US you will be responsible for the entire shipping cost.

All refurbished concentrators are repaired and are deemed fully operational per factory specifications by Bradshaw Oxygen Repair. 

You are purchasing a previously used, fully reconditioned concentrator that has been repaired by a factory certified technician. It is likely to have cosmetic blemishes which can include, dents, discoloration, or minor cracks. 

WARRANTY

If a reconditioned unit fails within the first 30 days after receipt, Bradshaw Oxygen Repair will pay for repairs and shipping both ways. After the initial 30 days, shipping charges for warranty service or repairs will be shared between the customer and Bradshaw Oxygen Repair for up to a year. It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for shipment after the initial 30 days. All units with no warranty will be listed and sold as/is "no warranty" and are excluded from from this guarantee. Warranty is void outside of the continental United States.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Only applies if we are using our FedEx account to ship. If the item was damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours so we can file a claim. Bradshaw Oxygen Repair is not responsible for any shipping damages. Shipping damage claims will be submitted to FedEx for refund and/or replacement.  If we are not notified within 24 hours of shipping damage we are not responsible for filing a claim for shipping damage. VOID if you do not use our shipper.
