2-Year Volaira Limited Warranty

Every new Volaira Horizon hyperbaric chamber purchased through Bradshaw Oxygen LLC includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

The warranty covers the chamber, operating equipment, and components supplied as part of the Volaira system against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, Bradshaw Oxygen will assist with troubleshooting and coordinate covered replacement parts or repair as needed.

• Misuse or neglect
• Accidents or physical damage
• Improper operation or storage
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear
• Fire, flooding, power surges, or other external events
• Damage caused by improper or unapproved cleaning products

Cleaning the Chamber Material

When cleaning the exposed plastic chamber material itself, use a 50/50 mixture of standard 3% household hydrogen peroxide and water. This means equal parts 3% hydrogen peroxide and water.

This cleaning solution is intended for the exposed plastic chamber material and not the exterior fabric cover.

Do not use concentrated hydrogen peroxide, bleach, alcohol, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners on the plastic chamber material. Damage caused by improper or unapproved cleaning products is not covered under the warranty.

Follow the applicable care instructions for cleaning the exterior fabric cover and other chamber components.

Oxygen Concentrator Warranty

Reconditioned oxygen concentrators supplied by Bradshaw Oxygen with a Volaira system include a separate 2-Year Bradshaw Oxygen LLC Warranty covering defects and mechanical or operational failures under normal use.

The concentrator warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper operation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, physical damage, or external events.

Due to the specialized nature of hyperbaric equipment, all Volaira chamber sales are final and chambers are non-returnable.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase before your order is finalized. Our team is available to review chamber dimensions, specifications, package options, room requirements, delivery, and setup with you before purchase.

Your Chamber Is Protected

While Volaira chambers are non-returnable, every new Volaira chamber purchased through Bradshaw Oxygen LLC is protected by our 2-Year Volaira Limited Warranty.

If your chamber arrives with a covered defect or you experience a covered issue during the warranty period, contact Bradshaw Oxygen directly. Our team will troubleshoot the issue with you and coordinate covered replacement parts or repair as needed.
