What Reconditioning Means at Bradshaw Oxygen
Every reconditioned stationary oxygen concentrator goes through our technician-led rebuilding process:
- New zeolite: We repack the sieve beds with new zeolite molecular sieve material.
- Rebuilt compressor: We rebuild the compressor as part of the standard stationary-unit process.
- Serviced valves: Valves are replaced with new valves or rebuilt.
- Additional repairs: Other components are repaired or replaced when the individual unit requires them.
- 24-hour testing: Every reconditioned stationary unit undergoes 24 hours of performance testing before shipment.
